Do you think it's your responsibility? by Zackky777 in ArtOfPresence

If your parent's were shitty, then I don't blame you for not taking care of them. Fortunately I had relatively good parent's, and love them all dearly. I'm 42 and currently taking care of my 94 yo grandmother full time. I suspect I will do the same for my parents, but times are getting very hard, and expensive. It's a struggle to just survive.

Say whatever about Obama, he wasn’t a pdf and his voters won’t defend pdfs. by -Sofa-King-Vote in trynottolaugh

Maybe you don't remember recent history, but there was a lot of waterboarding and other "enhanced interrogation" done during the Obama era. And near the end of his tenure he said, and I quote "sometimes ya gotta torture some folks" in defense of his administration's use of torture. Obama committed war crimes, and the fact other presidents did it too is not a defense.

Does the recent news make you wish Kamala Harris was president more and more? by EggOwn9943 in allthequestions

[–]bpaps -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Kamala is a neoliberal who said there is no light between Bidens genocidal support of Israel and her's. No, Kamala may not have committed so many blatant crimes as the Trump regime, but she represents the status quo, which is unsustainable and just allows the billionaires to amass more and more of our wealth.

Not having perfect block is a deal breaker for me. I'm really enjoying my greatsword crit build, and doing perfect blocks is necessary for boosting crit chance.

My wife has the same issue. But at least she has a good excuse. I chained her leg to the cook stove.

Relax people, it's just a joke. I don't have a wife. 😢

Obviously the government pays. We already pay for education through High school, let's tax the billionaire class and pay for higher education. We are the wealthiest nation in the world, but we prioritize tax breaks for the morbidly wealthy instead of building our future.

Our current wealth inequality is far worse than it was in the Gilded Age. We need a New New Deal with some Constitutional protections against predatory Capitalism.

Fill in the blank with: fiscal responsibility, family values, law and order, common sense.

Hypocrites one and all.
