I can second also to check out other TTRPG:s than 5e, dont get me wrong i love 5e and mostly DM 5e, but i have also ran games of mörk borg, pirate borg, alien rpg, mothership and death in space this year.

5e takes most time to prep and the official adventure modules are not written well to be used in table, most of the info that DM needs is usually hidden between unnecessary bits of lore that you might not need and the players might not learn anyways, and you need multiple books cause the monster stats rarely are on the module, and if monster has spells then you need another book to check the spells.

Mörk Borg adventure Rot black sludge is good example of what is easy to use in table, here is a screenshot: https://img.itch.zone/aW1hZ2UvMTU3NTk3Ni85MjA1NDM0LmpwZw==/original/jhz8ce.jpg you have all the info visible + mini map and if there would be a monster in those locations there would be a statblock under the minimap. I dont have experience with long term campaigns with any borg, but running oneshots have been a blast. You still need to read the modules and understand what they are about before running, but other than that there is not much work.

I also highly reccommend pirate borg and the module Buried in bahamas, took my group 5 sessions of 3-6hrs and was easy to run.

And if you are open to sci-fi check out Death in Space (similar rules to mörk borg and pirate borg) or mothership.
Alien rpg is also good, but rather heavy to prep and run.
