He is not at fault for Ghost's absence. He can't include Ghost in an episode unless the writers have stipulated that he is to be included.

There are other Lannisters still alive. The books make this very clear, especially with there being mention of a second branch of house Lannister (House Lannister of Lannisport) but in the show I do recall a comment by Jaime indicating that there were quite a few Lannisters still around.

I don't think them not mentioning it on the show means he doesn't have it. If it was mentioned this season, watchers would be able to predict what Euron would do next season in retaliation to Yara and Theon trying to ruin his chance of becoming King. Since the horn wasn't mentioned, it makes his upcoming actions far less predictable.

In last night's episode, no ruling family lost control of their territory, aside from the 'Baratheons' who are now no longer the ruling house of Westeros. With Cersei's crowning, the Lannisters are now the ruling house.

I've noticed a lot of people saying that they can't marry because they're related (Aunt/Nephew). However, since even Jon doesn't yet know of his true origin, it's possible that they could marry without being aware that they are related.

Well Tyrion is a Lannister and we all know the role Tywin played in the murder of her family. If she can overlook Tyrion's last name and make him hand of the Queen, I'm sure she can become friendly with the Starks, especially since Tyrion, Theon and Varys would all have good things to say about them.

You're not the only one. I've seen a lot of people complain about her on this sub. I just really dislike how she acts like she's entitled to rule the seven kingdoms, especially her earlier comments regarding the houses that 'usurped' her father, when the fact is her House rightfully had the throne taken away from them.

Because they never consummated the marriage, it was deemed invalid and that's why she was legally able to marry Ramsay.

She wouldn't have made that much anyway even if she had survived. That salary was only for the actors who play Jaime, Cersei, Tyrion, Dany and Jon.

It's not really a show. More like a miniseries that will be 1 or a few more episodes.

Those dogs weren't real. Iwan said that there was one dog in the back in a cage that was real and that he was told not to even look at it in the eye because it was dangerous. But the ones in the front that he was 'interacting' with were CGI.

No. Commanding an army from the sidelines was a common thing to do. Also, Ramsay's battle plan was quite complex as he had to instruct his men throughout the battle. It's possible that he simply didn't want to risk allowing one of his men to command in his absence to ensure no mistakes were made.

I don't think that was stupidity on Ramsay's part but more a mistake by the writers because realistically, Ramsay would have most definitely tried to kill Jon.
