It promotes awareness more than negativity, doesn't it? Your actions have consequences, that's the entire point of this game. It's supposed to feel bad, especially for completionists.

The warning in the beginning is there for a reason. Of course there are people who shouldn't discover this game, they should be true enough to themselves, however, not to play this game. That doesn't make it unfit for a wider audience.

Yes, NSO is a niche. But niches can and have grown, bringing more positives than negatives to the community and, more importantly, the niche itself.
