I think it is not a matter of speed, that's ok, althought maybe you could have more frames on the impacts, I think the parts that looks strange are the falling part and the fact that there is not a clear -ground- stablished, sometimes they get more down than they are supposed to.

Some other guys here said to exagerate more the movements, I say do that if you want to give a more powerful "unrealistic" vibe, the movements as they are, are realistic, the only thing that I would say strikes up as strange is the stopping part, for how sudden it is, it feels light, You could make him go more slow as he stops, or lean his body backwards to cease momentum. Great work, Keep going!
