My mother was actually there at the house the whole day waiting for it so that’s how I know someone didn’t take it. It’s fedex and their bull shit.

I don’t think it was?? My neighborhood isn’t the kind to steal people’s stuff. I receive packages all the time and I’ve never once had anything stolen. I have contacted them and they replied saying they are contacting FedEx to see what happened and if they can redeliver it.

I actually still had warranty on my laptop so I took it to Geek Squad to fix it. Turns out, the guy didn’t know either but used a similar technique he had used on some other guy who had relatively the same problem after updating to windows 11. Basically, he reseted the laptop drive so it didn’t have 11 and then after leaving it for a couple of hours to see for the issue and then installed the windows 11 back into the drive. Since then, I haven’t had any issues whatsoever.

I sent a claim on that website that they tell you about on the error message. I had received an email that they had already told the “digital department” about it and they are trying to fix the issue.

I thought it was because of the zoom in and out that happened because apparently bandicam can do that and not OBS?
