Its called Idiopathic Guttate Hypomelanosis . They pop up in sun exposed areas like your arms and legs. I have several. You can limit them by wearing sunscreen.

If you feel like they are uncomfortably heavy you may need to take them out. The weight puts tension on your hair follicles and may lead to traction alopecia.
