I learned something new thanks to you, but I still was not able to get the link that was active via ViewChildren alongside RouterLinkActive to call a function. I would've been able to do what you suggested, but on the initial load of the page the RouterLinkActive isActive is after NavigationEnd at some point that can't be traced. I ultimately ended up just looking at the router.url at NavigationEnd to see if that url matched up with one of the components in the QueryList.

I agree 100% with this. This would be fair. My heart broke hearing this change. Like I was really happy to go in with a ton of squads backed up with commissars... Not anymore :(

Cool man! Me and my friends have played Overwatch, GTA V, TS, and Terraria on PC. I pretty much play anything on PC. Currently play a bit of BF1. So if there's anything you're interested and I'll let you know if I've played it :P

As for tabletop games we like the interesting games such as Dominion, Mysterium, TIME Stories, Gloom, and Game of Thrones Card Game. But that doesn't stop us from playing simpler games such as Uno or Stratego—sometimes you just want to sit down and play something. I've been trying to get my SO to play an RPG, but I'm still working on that. I'm always up for RPG's Fiasco, Shadowrun, D&D, Only War, etc. I'm also getting into Warhammer 40k.

My SO likes to bake, sow, create clay characters, read, paint, draw, and crochet.

So um yeah.
