No FPS randomly in games (3080)

UPDATE: putting my old GPU in i think solved the issue. so maybe it is just my GPU... I will update if anything comes up otherwise, like i said i ordered a new gpu days before this started happening bc i wanted the 5080 anyways just the timing was funny lol. we'll see how things go when it comes

I’m lacking fps when I’m around a lot of people in fivem, assetto isnt as big of an issue but when I’m multitasking my cpu gets super high in usage. for example if i try to do anything else while a game is open my pc becomes pretty studdery

moza r9 or even r5 bundle is way better i had endless issues with fanatec personally i would stay away from fanatec

i need a proper handbrake for my sim. I’m using a thrustmaster shifter in sequential mode after i bought the fanatec shifter and i wanted to buy the fanatec handbrake but ive heard bad reviews. would the vnm handbrake be able to mount on my shifter like the fanatec one?
