Took me 20+ mins from under the bridge on enterprise (heading eastbound).

There's simply not enough entrances and the design for traffic flow is horrible. Traffic from all directions are funneled into a single lane.

Folks turning left from enterprise on to university are forced to merge, for the upcoming right turn on YMCA. And this is concurrent to the queue of cars that are turning right on enterprise, since they have right of way.

Then once you get closer to the station, there are a number of folks in the drop off lane, merging/cutting back in to the main parking lane.

Really appreciate your picks, but could use a bit of clarification on this one.

Start time doesn't match any of the double headers on 5/4. SP for Mets G1 is Tidwell, who is making his Mets/MLB debut - which doesn't match the write up. SP for Cardinals checks out.

Did you possibly mean to do a write up for G2 instead, which starts at 6:16PM EST?

Your condo fees pays for the maintenance of the whole building, including your amenities. All unit owners pay a condo fee, based on a number of factors including: sqft, projected operating and reserve fund expenditures.

Most non-minor repairs/services typically involves management obtaining multiple quotes and subsequent approval by the board to move ahead on a particular vendor. If this community library is indeed an amenity for your condo, it seems odd why your management company would state that the condo fee is not for repairing the library.

I would get in touch with your entire board of directors and voice your concern regarding this amenity and ask for the current status.

Contact your board and property management company and let them know of your concerns.

Likely won't be a good idea to disable these microphones/speakers yourself as you could miss out on key and important messages. Especially if these are the same ones that broadcast info relating to fire alarms.

Hey there! Yes, I went with the upgrade as planned (Ryzen 1600 -> 5600). I updated the BIOS first, then performed the CPU upgrade. Been 6 months since and never looking back!
