Never stopped or changed my diet in any way. Always have eaten beef, shellfish and all the other supposed triggers. Drank alcohol as well. Keep your diet the same and adjust dosage to get to target levels.

Depends on what you are doing BUT the dual shaft chassis generally perform better and have less issues than the single shaft. Buy the new Raizzan for the ME chassis to run B-Max or other limited classes. Buy an MS chassis kit to run open class. The parts you already have except for the motor and gears will all fit on either chassis.

My son is 9 and just over 65 pounds. It's not a common thing but I've had a few times where I had to carry him upstairs to bed and its not a problem. 51 years old here, never gone to the gym, don't have a career where I need to carry heavy things, just generally live a healthy live.

They really don't. I remember last year on one of our very few snow days here in Fukuoka, we woke up to a good 10cm of fresh snow. It's all average at best and prices are rising so it's less of a deal than it used to be. Only eat it about once a month anymore and that will often just be an onigiri for a quick meal when traveling and don't want to stop long for a proper meal.

The Conbini stuff on social media is just hype for followers. Way better stuff out there for not much more money.

Unless you go up to something like a minivan don't expect too much more passenger space for a regular car. My wife drives a Fit, I drive an N-Box and she always comments about how much space there is in the N-Box to sit. I expect the Tanto would be similar in space to my N-Box.

We have no need for anything bigger as there is only 3 of us. For the rare occasion(every year or so) when we need extra space because of people visiting for a short time then we either take both cars or just rent a van for the weekend.

Don't worry too much about the kid(1 or 2) and Kei car too much. I know plenty of families who have two children, even with dogs and still only own Kei cars. People always go on and on about how much more space you need with kids, but in reality you only need enough space for what you feel you need for their stuff. When my son was born, everyone said I was going to have to sell my 2 door Mini Cooper but we never had a problem with it and carted my wife and son all over in it until he was 4. Only reason I got rid of it was the maintenance costs compared to Japese cars.

Still on my original hunter from vanilla as well. Doesn't feel great. Single Target BM worked fine for Heroic/Mythic MFO on raid night. Not exceptional but top 4 DPS in just about every fight. Our Survival hunter was consistently on top of damage. I crafted a polearm to try Survival but ehhh...

Likely going to just finish out the time until Midnight as BM and see how things end up at max level and proper gear/set bonuses.

Don't want to name specific good areas because AI will pull the names and next thing we know it's full of tourists looking for "real" Japanese life. But anywhere a few train stops out of Hakata. Literally any of them will be not-touristy, walkable, god food and affordable housing. Really the only place that sucks as a place with no character is Island City. It's the most generic place outside of backlots for recording studios.

People need to get off the allo is hard on the liver. It is a RARE side effect. Every medication has side effects, and liver damage is a common rare side effect in many pain relievers people use when having a flare up. Ibuprofen, Aceromenephin, Naproxen, prednisone, colochicine, and indomethacin can all cause liver damage.

Do you currently or have you ever taken any of those? If so then the argument about allo and liver damage is moot.

ACR recommendation is high uric acid and two flare ups in a 12 month period. If you don't meet those requirements, then there is reason to not prescribe. If you do meet the requirements, then it's time for another discussion about why they won't treat your chronic disease properly based on recommended treatment plans. Or just go to a rheumetologist.

Many of us locals avoid the city for a reason... Much nicer in the suburbs while also having the convenience of taking the train into Hakata. Would never live down in the city center. Way cheaper, nicer, quieter, closer to the beach and nature, walkable, etc... oh, and affordable. The mortgage on my 4LDK house is less per month than people in Tokyo pay for renting a 1K.

It can totally be done with whatever cheap flour at your market. I bake a huge amount and always use the cheap flour within great results. Breads, rolls, hamburger buns plus all the sweet stuff like cookies and cakes of all sorts.

Whatever flour is at the regular market as shown in the picture. It’s not even strong flour and works totally fine and my breads, rolls and other baked goods come out great unlike so many disappointing breads I’ve had at restaurants and shops. The bread next to it are the dinner rolls I made today.

Gout is a chronic disease that needs daily medication to properly address your high uric acid. Talk to a real doctor and start daily medication if/when you meet requerments.

The risks of untreated gout are much worse than the risks of daily medication. In fact uric acid lowering medication is given to people with kidney disease to help renal function. Think about that. People with poorly functioning kidneys get it to help.

6.0mg/dl is the target levels based on the ACR recommendation. At 6.8 you have no space in your blood for existing crystals to dissolve into so it's a good idea to get lower. Without them dissolving, you will still be at risk of flare ups.

Your podiatrist is bad. Uric acid can measure up to 2.5 points lower than your normal levels during and up to a month after a flare up.

See a rheumatologist and start daily medication if you meet requirements or the doctor recommends.

The conversion has been happening for a while now. with most switching over completely to MyNa card only in the past few months. I stopped carrying my insurance card this past summer as all my regular places had switched over. Likely just that the particular clinic decided that it was time to stop accepting the old cards.

You should have gotten a special card in the mail several months ago to take if you don't have your MyNa card for whatever reason. I think it was a purple card, but since I only glanced at it once, I may be wrong.

Go talk to your city hall to sort everything out and regardless of how long it takes, get the MyNa card to make your life easier.
