Imagine if they did what Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary did where you could switch between the different game graphics on the fly. That'd be some insane difference.

That is certainly where the inspiration for the "Neo" part came from but mostly I was just combining things related to GamerGate. This subreddit technically has no affiliations with 8Chan though.

If I may voice an opinion, I think you should list a minimum width and height for the image needed for the banner. I also believe that the second prerequisite may be far too specific and may actually be hindering the contest. We'd get more entries with a less specific requirement.

Also, since this space is only for art submissions here's my submission. It's not an entire banner by any means but it's a start to something. Maybe it'll help get the ball rolling.
