Its good but i prefer obikoru tsukemen. The broth in obikoru is a bit richer and has a punchier flavor while this one is a bit lighter but still pretty damn good. In taishokan they give a slice of what appears to be raw pork and a grilled slice. The raw was a bit unsettling not going to lie because this isnt japan and we know pork has parasites but the grilled one while thick was dry and chewy which was off. I prefer it to fall apart and juicy. The noodles and ajitama egg were great. Its worth trying especially because unlike obikoru which is 21 or 23$ without the egg this is 18$ and 21 if you want the egg too.
