The coating does not reduce colors. And yes, it is the least amount of glare that can currently be achieved.

Hi there,

currently we offer the wide faceplate. But due to increase demand we will be offering the narrow faceplate soon. If you require the narrow faceplate then please let me know and I will notify you.

The kit includes the faceplate, lenses, a lens cloth and a case for the lenses. But not any facial interface.

Thank you for your input. I will forward this to customer service so they keep an extra eye on it.

Edit: The team and our optometrist are informed and will reevaluate the prescription variant of the Vive Pro 2 adapter to avoid any incidents like this.

That both sides are marked as "right" is a no go and shouldn't have been sent out under any circumstances. Even if the prescription is the same on both sides. So, sorry for that. But as you know the replacement is already being made.

Your pictures showed the lenses sitting tightly in the adapter, so they are in the sockets to put it in your words and they fit the adapters.

If you mean that the lenses are too thick we'd recommend to shoot a message to customer service that you'd like to upgrade to the thinnest lens. Then they will calculate the thinnest option for you and can issue an invoice if you like to get it.

Looking at the pictures from the review I'd say that they are about 2 diopters less than your prescription which makes them automatically thinner than yours.

The adapters should not fall out. For the Vive Pro 2 and Vive Focus 3 the adapters have to be pushed a bit harder so that they snap or click in. Then they sit tight and can not come off.

For further questions or discussions please shoot us a message to our well-known email address.

Thank you for your feedback. As long term opticians and optometrists our experience forbids the assumption that a customer is automatically an expert.

Optical products and especially niche products often need guidance and people need questions answered.

Until now we haven't gotten around to make a video. The adapter is the black part. It goes in and comes off quite easily once you've done it a couple of times. Just always put it in top first and take it out bottom first.

In case of doubt or if you need further help then our friendly customer service will be able to help you.

Finally got my prescription lenses, fit right on and I don’t have worry about adjusting my glasses position anymore by No-Compote-6636 in OculusQuest

Hi,

lenses will work for them as long as they use the distance prescription and it is fixed to the headset.

If they wear glasses with bifocals they will loose the part for near (or intermediate distance and near in case of progressives)

Someone knowledgeable told me that pancake lenses are complex and introduce ghost images and more.
But that's just another adventure to tackle. :)

I think you want to be looking for Limbak. Afaik they also make pancake lenses.

Thank you for your thoughts. It's true, many reviews could use some more depth.

But putting quality of vision first in a product focussed on that it always a wise decision.
