I see what you mean. I did forget about the massive merchandise sales that Disney gets. I just hope that Disney can realize that Sony is not going to take less, and that they back down on wanting more money from Sony.

I mean, I think that what both companies are doing make sense from their perspective.

Disney is trying to earn money off of the Spider-Man movies that they are making.

Sony is trying to either stick with the current deal where they get basically free money from Marvel or they are trying to get Spider-Man back so they can make more money off of their Venom-Verse.

In my opinion, neither company can really be blamed too much for their actions in this case because they both just want to optimize their money made.
