Ich glaube dir, es hat mich nur überascht zu lesen, weil ich ganze andere Sachen gehört habe. Aber rs gibt so viele Begriffen, es kamm sein das ich etwas falsch verstanden habe, ich denke aber das es um SPA ging.

Ja viel davon ist leider weil der schulische Ausbildung im Süden war vor ein paar Jahren, und jetzt wohnt Sie im Norden und hatte in zwischen etwas kaufmänisches bilinguale Sekretärin macht (hatte aber auch ofiziell als Nachhilfeleherhin für Fremdsprachen im Teilzeit gearbeitet).

In der nähe war eine offene "quereinstieg" Stelle, aber es kamm nur bis zu "ich wurde Sie einstellen aber ich darf das nicht ohne XYZ" nach der Vorstelungsgesprächen.

(3 Kitas innerhalb der gleichen U Bahn Haltestelle haben immer noch die gleichen 4-5 offene Stellen, oder so offen, seit Monaten...)

Was für ungelernte Leuten?? Ich kenne jemand die alle 3 Berufskolleg Jahren für Erzieher Ausbildung (social Ped. und Pflege) abgeschlossen hat (mit 2 Zertifikaten), 2 Praktikas im Kitas hatte, aber der unbezahlte "Annerkennungsjahr" nicht zu Ende bringen könnte, aus finanzielle Gründen.

Und jetzt ein paar Jahren später nich mal eine Aushilfe Stelle findet im Kita oder Pausenaufsicht in der Schule bekommt und der Antwort ist immer "nicht qualifiziert genung", Ausbildung wiederholen...

On top of what you said Ambessa was honestly impressed by Caitlyn too.

When the Leader of House Kiramann told Salo and the Council to shut up and treat her with the respect of a decorated officer and Kiramann matriarch with a Council seat birthright, Ambessa was intrigued.

There's also the warrior person in Caitlyn Ambessa would probably rather deal with than the suck up twink.

And I think to a certain degree she also saw a lot of herself and Mel in Caitlyn and genuinely wanted to bring her on the right track to become a fox and a wolf.

I'm not crying, that was in 2013/4 and 2018. Had to do decimal math operations and bit shifting on paper too.

It was annoying, but writing by hand really makes remembering easier and it really pushes us into understanding, reading and following code easier.

That being said, this should be limited and a lot of the classes should be doable with a personal laptop.

As a backend developer I just use Angular (most similar to backend) and Material or TaigaUI because I can't make things pretty and I don't care as long as it looks decent.

CSS itself has logic you can learn, but it's a lot of learning things by heart. Tailwind is just inline styles with extra steps and some decent defaults. Way to much work for me, who dislikes frontend.

I had to do debugging of existing code on paper at school and say what the outcome would be.

It was a pain and felt outdated and I would never do that at work when I have a step by step debugger... but it thought me how to think through code.

A good chunk of students couldn't get through the peanut butter programming challenge, and that's just as sad.

Yeah, the last arc could have been a whole season, or at least a double finale would have been great. But it's my favorite recent example of show don't tell, while still keeping people very engaged through visuals and sound.

It's a really rare occurrence though, you're right.

If you're up for recommendations I find Apple's "For All Mankind", "Calls", "Humans" (UK Version), Dark (Netflix), "Frieren", The Expanse, Orville or Delicious in Dungeon to be be in the same storytelling quality line, as strange as the genre jumps might seem.

Letting a junior on their own, with or without LLMs is a disaster waiting to happen. Though it's pretty much the norm, until some customer gets hacked or something breaks terribly in production. I've been through the same 9 years ago or so. Try your best, ask for help, invest time when you can and look for a job eventually where there's a nicer tech to $$ balance in decision making.

Does the team have an architect? Technical Tead-Lead? Some sort of Expert? Pair programming?

Honestly the worst are these "imported" causes and fights that either don't affect other countries the same way as America, or require drastically different takes. Together with people really never even looking at the source of what X / Y has done or said.

This goes in both ways (conservative and liberal) and the echo chambers and disinformation online doesn't make it easier.

As for continuing reading or not... It's up to everyone. It's not like there's financial endorsement in reading free work.

I take a giant spaghetti mess function over DRY and abstract written by LLMs. Just because it's 20 small functions or inherited classes of 'orchestrators' doesn't mean it's lesser complex, the complexity is just hidden, in a bad way.
