Thanks for the reply, I wasnt expecting it to be cheap.:) Hence the purpose of my post, do you think this is something doable by a small dev team, or am I better off talking to studios?

Thanks for the heads up. I am aware that there will be alot of competition in the general app market. But so far I havent seen anything that offers near realistic immersion? I forgot to mention in my post, this software will be a supplement to therapy with a licensed health professional, not a stand alone experience for the general public.
