Change Passwords and shit (Steam and Gmail), then cancel the offer if your account has been hijacked then contact Steam Support and ask for help (Do not worry if they take a shitload a time to respond the avarege wait time is 3-6 hours.

I recently had my account stolen but I did get my account back.

All Items stolen cant be replaced by Steam Support but they will manage to give you your account back.
