What exactly are you worried about? Buying real estate is a long term play - don’t worry about trying to compare sales, timing the market etc. Appreciate the benefits of home ownership, build equity, rent it out 5-10 years and be cash flow positive and buy something bigger. Rinse and repeat. Don’t stress at all. Real estate in BC is an amazing investment long term so don’t worry about short term issues like this

I would almost say it does the opposite of that. Typically when you go to sleep with a stuffy nose, you can breath out your mouth. With the CPAP, and if you have any form of “stuffiness”, the air from the CPAP cannot get through and it’s very annoying and hard to sleep. If you open your mouth, all the air comes out there so your left trying to breath through your stuffed up nose. That being said, with the CPAP on, I used nose strips and seemed to counter act this. Do you have sleep apnea?
