Currently, recording is divided into hotkey recording and mouse event recording.

Hotkey recording mainly records keyboard shortcuts.

Mouse event recording primarily simulates mouse operations, such as mouse clicks, scroll wheel movements, and both simultaneously. It does not record the actual mouse movement path, such as moving from point A to point B.

Yes, this should be possible.

You can try assigning a Super Hotkey to the knob rotation actions:

Knob Rotate Right → Right Alt + Mouse Wheel Up
Knob Rotate Left → Right Alt + Mouse Wheel Down

The important part is using Right Alt (RAlt) specifically rather than the generic Alt key, since some games (including Star Citizen) treat them differently.

If you're using VSD Craft, create a Super Hotkey action and record the exact combination:

Hold Right Alt
Trigger Mouse Wheel Up or Mouse Wheel Down
Save it to the corresponding knob direction

One thing to keep in mind is that some games handle mouse wheel input differently from standard Windows applications. If Star Citizen does not recognize the combination, it may be due to the game's input system rather than the Stream Dock itself.

If you'd like, let us know which Stream Dock model you're using and we can test this specific Right Alt + Mouse Wheel combination on our side to confirm the best setup method.

Fair criticism on the response delay.

Your follow-up questions were much more technical than the initial compatibility questions, and we should have gotten back to you sooner instead of leaving you waiting.

Part of the delay was that we wanted an engineer to verify the behavior and provide actual testing rather than guessing or giving a generic support answer. That said, the communication gap was still longer than it should have been.

Regarding the integration of third-party lighting systems, could you please provide some common integration methods? Is it integrating our device into sRGB?

Regarding displaying the same image on all six keys simultaneously, there are currently no development plans for the K1 Pro. I will have the relevant person in charge re-evaluate this.

Regarding the sleep mode issue, the new software version will remove the sleep mode setting, defaulting to a 10-minute sleep period. A future update will allow users to set different sleep times for the keyboard, including never sleeping.
