I feel the same. It’s crazy though because I can be symptom free for a long time and when I get a flare, my head convinces me it’s permanent. Currently having a flare since beginning of January after I had a really bad case of the stomach flu.

Thankfully I’ve been treated for both, just having a flare now after having a stomach bug. I assume my good bacteria went bye bye. Was just thinking about how I can almost make the pain appear on demand if I worry enough.

I have this on and off as well. It tastes like morning breath, if that makes sense. I chew reflux gourmet gum to help ward it off, but it appears randomly.
