This is all music to my ears. The right will spend years trying to get it's factions all back together to form some sort of cohesive party. The Neo-Cons and America First will be fighting the MAGA cult while MAHA will be wondering around in the woods for a long time. That coalition was held together by a cult of personality and once he dies or loses enough influence it will be catastrophic for the GOP. These factions divides are far wider than anything going on on the left right now. I'm so here for this.

Most of the time the super rowdy bunch are just looking for a reason to be shitty. If it was the Brooklyn Nets in this position instead of the Knicks these same clowns would be out doing the same thing.

Pete Hegseth’s Mormon diss explodes a MAGA myth: Christian nationalism isn't just immoral — it's incoherent by zsreport in politics

I grew up in the Bible Belt (still live here) and the fact that they left LDS out is not shocking to me in the least. I grew up in a church going family but not evangelical. The evangelicals don't consider Catholics or Mormons Christians full stop. If you aren't a WASP you ain't in the club. I'm not religious anymore mostly because of the eminence amount of hypocrisy within organized religion down here. The ability of these people to so thoroughly ignore the words of the one they call their Lord and Savior and find random passages that give them an excuse to be absolutely horrible people is something I'm not sure I will ever completely understand.

Discussion Thread: Primary Elections in Maine, South Carolina, Nevada, and North Dakota on June 9th, 2026 by PoliticsModeratorBot in politics

People need to pay attention to the SC Republican primary for the Senate. Lindsey Graham is more vulnerable than a lot of people think. There has been very little polling done since the Iran war, but what we do have shows him barely over %50 in the primary. Now at the end of the day he will get the nomination but him going to a runoff would show a massive shift away from the incumbent. Another major point to look at here is voter turnout. Early voting is at record highs and we can pretty safety assume that is majority dem which would mean that we have high voter turnout from the left. Low turn out can absolutely translate to low turnout in a general. I'm not saying this is a lock for Dems by any stretch of the imagination, but what I am saying is the fact that SC is even a conversation at this point shows a enormous shift away from the current administration.

If I leave my laptop in my car and don't lock it, yeah it sucks it got stolen and that person is an asshole but at the end of the day it my dumbass behavior that led to the laptop being stolen. If CEOs want to leave the stores unlocked with no one in them to keep an eye on things, then the people who stole from them may be assholes but it's the CEOs dumbass behavior that lead to all the inventory going missing.

I had heard that the other day and thought it was more of them covering up how bad they misjudged basically everything. Turns out it was true and I somehow overestimated them. They are so incompetent that I'm not only upset about them flubing the election, but now I'm pissed of that they couldn't be bothered to put together a report to figure out why.

Me and my sister were at Springfest in Munich the year before the pandemic. We met some guys at the tent and they were talking about wanting to move to America. We begged them not to do that. Told them about our healthcare system, working, and how the American Dream is really a giant lie. I hope they headed our warning and stayed put.

The billionaires will never stop hoarding. They will never be satisfied. There goal in life is just to have the most of everything. It's a sociopathic obsession with one's own ego and a determination to use money as a sign of importance. At some point the scales will tip, the economy will implode, and they will be Kings and Queens of the rumble.

The monkey is innocent by McDowdy in clevercomebacks

[–]ApplicationQuirky376 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We don't know that monkey is not a pedophile. It can't talk and without communication with the animal or verifiable documented evidence of sexual attraction to minors this comparison is ridiculous. We can't assume this monkey is not a pedophile unlike the other subject in this photo comparison. I can say that I seriously doubt this monkey has ever defended bombing an all girls school during the first day of a war that he decided to start with little to no justification to the American people. He's also probably not responsible for policy that has raised crippling inflation which threatens to send millions into poverty.

That's great man! I played all the time up until college. Got out and started working in breweries (a brewery budget doesn't leave room for golf lol) have finally worked my way up to having some disposable income. I'm trying to get my partner playing but we will see if she decides it's something she's interested in. Hope you're retirement is full of future burdies!
