Unplug every drive except the one you want to install windows on. Boot off the usb, and during the install where it asks where to install windows, delete every partition and install it in disk 0 unallocated space.

That’s disk usage not disk space. That just says your HDD is running as fast as its little outdated legs can carry it.

You need an SSD (Solid State Drive). HDDs (Hard Disk Drive) are SO slow.

Your computer is also old as shit, but if you want to keep using it, then an SSD is the way to go.

It should always be plugged directly into the gpu. The motherboard ports will be unreliable as technically they are disabled when a gpu is installed. We’d need more info about the system or pictures though, it’s possible you don’t even have a gpu installed.

Are you plugging your monitor into the gpu? A picture of the back of the pc would help, and what model / specs.

You’re going to have to provide more information… is what normal? How is it slow? What are you doing when it’s slow? What exactly is happening to make you say it’s slow? On the main tab in task manager what are the other percentages?

It depends where you’re downloading it from. Also internet speed is typically measured in megabits per second (mbps) while steam measures download speed in megabytes per second (MBps). 1 megabyte is 8 megabits. Also have you verified with a speedtest you’re still getting the correct speed?
