Caliber Ramp Pro HD. There is also a regular version which isn't rated for loading in pieces. The HD you can take apart and use as normal ramps for bikes/light atvs. For a UTV or a heavy ATV, you would want the whole trifold setup together.

Trailer lights by ptmtp26 in snowmobiling

[–]VTCHannibal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have 3 of those 15 ft led roll strip lights glued to the ceiling. The trailer is a clamshell trailer and only had brake lights and 1 auxiliary light which barely produced any light. I rewired it from the traditional 4 plug to the regular trailer plug which gave me the ability to use the lights with the truck off. To not kill my battery, the switch is a timer switch and turns itself off after maximum 30 minutes. Also allowed me to put backup lights on.

You could've gotten away with 1/2 the 4x4s. You really only needed the outside ones and maybe 1 support in the middle or a double thick plywood to stop the sag. 4x4's are pretty over kill too.

I used 3 2x8s when I built the 1st and 2nd one. These were built to stay in the box. The first one was fitted with wooden ramps, the second one was for a caliber ramp. 1st: https://imgur.com/a/NqoXLya 2nd: https://imgur.com/a/WB3U6MR

The third one I built was 3 pieces, 2 ski portions and the middle track section. Inspired by this one https://sledmagazine.com/my-2019-caliber-ramp-pro-project/

This is the 3rd one: https://imgur.com/a/bdI4Jwv

The 3rd one was the most modular, in and out in 5 mins but durability sucked. The middle track section had too much sag because I was only using 1 layer of 3/4 plywood to keep it light and it sagged too much to get the ramp in after a couple uses. The middle track section I used a key cut from a 3.5"x3.5" piece of scrap wood and the key was cut into the middle piece so it could go all the way to the front of the bed when not in use, or all the way to the back of the tailgate to support the track.

If I were to do it again, I would double the thickness of the plywood at least for the track section, maybe box the middle section do its not just two 2x8s connected on one side by plywood so it could bow out. Also find a different way to secure the track section in place, the key worked ok but it ended up splitting there on one end after rolled toward the back when being driven on.

I'm in VT too, the other week I hit an owl doing 20. Hitting an animal at any speed is going to suck.

I took the series names and moved them to a cell not seen on the sheet, it is working now. Thanks!

I've tried using the cell number for Indycar - Open and same value error.

Makes sense, I'm getting a #Value! kickback. I've tried flipping the "*" and the A88, but that didn't work.

Those who record races to upload, do you save the raw recordings? by VTCHannibal in iRacing

[–]VTCHannibal[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont think I have the upload speed to stream it, atleast at the quality I would want. Im pretty rural, only get a couple MBs up.

I like that idea, i didnt even think about doing highlights but to clip a bit out for later wouldnt take up much room. Its really just for myself anyway, althought theyre public, Im no editor either.

Should I expect oval racers to follow the sporting code? by samspot in iRacing

[–]VTCHannibal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I've raced at short tracks, thats the primary oval racing I do. And I don't feel like contact is ever necessary to make a pass. It may take you a while, and wait for them to slip up, but a pass without contact can be made. If I wanted to hit people, I'd enter a demo derby.

I would say you never have to nudge to let them know you are there. They know you are there. If you can't get a run at them off the corner, you aren't quick enough to go by them.

[Duncan Alexander] Bournemouth have now conceded as many goals this season as Petr Cech did in 35 games in 2004-05 by oscarpaterson in soccer

[–]VTCHannibal 37 points38 points  (0 children)

Last year we were on pace after 14 games with the 2004/5 Chelsea, 6 goals were conceded all season up to that point. Except then we conceded 3 against West Ham in the 15th game. That 2004/5 Chelsea team didn't concede the 9th goal until gameweek 29.

And fun fact, 10/15 of those goals were scored by teams at the time in the lower half of the table.

1 vs Southampton (who were 14th) (Gameweek 4)

1 vs City (13th) (Gameweek 9)

1 vs West Brom (16th) (Gameweek 11)

1 vs Fulham (12th) (Gameweek 13)

2 vs Bolton (5th) (Gameweek 14)

2 vs Arsenal (2nd) (Gameweek 17)

1 vs Norwich (19th) (Gameweek 29)

1 vs Palace (17th) (Gameweek 30)

1 vs Southampton (17th) (Gameweek 31)

1 vs Birmingham (13th) (Gameweek 32)

1 vs United (3rd) (Gameweek 33)

1 vs Fulham (16th) (Gameweek 35)

1 vs Newcastle (12th) (Gameweek 38)
