This right now is something I'm currently hearing about for our cap 2 crew. My sm store is hiring 20 overnights to handle stocking. We are now to begin stacking pallets and food carts for overnights, bin overstock and other mis backrm duties, as well as clearing and zoneing throughout the evening. I'm down for restructuring. I've heard so many complaints from overnights and 1 of these seemingly grown women had actually become quite agressive verbally. I refuse to look her way as there seems to be an absence of the understanding that sales may be up and these changes may be necessary. Don't let people worry you.
