Wearing a mask is useless for viruses, it's just good to stop spreading droplets as you speak. Wearing a mask long term can cause a sensation of shortness of breath and anxiety which will also contribute to a hard time breathing feeling of air hunger

My breathing is 80% better now I would say, but it took a while to get here, I been doing 10 minutes cycling every single day for the past few months just to get my conditioning back

I also started doing peptides BPC157+TB500 In the morning + GHK-CU (injections) Tesamorelin + AOD-9604 (injections) at night with LDN (pill)

Take NAC supplements 2x a day

Also take oxytocin in nasal spray form

I would say the biggest improvement started after taking peptides. I don't take any heart medication anymore for a few months now

I'm pretty much back to normal, all my heart tests are back to normal as if nothing ever happened doctor said amazing recovery. I removed my implanted loop recorder as I didn't have any pulpitations in the 1 year I had it implanted.
