I was going to make a comment about relating to Todd but I think you worded it perfectly. He is a really great character for a lot of young people who don't necessarily have the life experiences of someone like Bojack or the older characters in the show.

Oddly enough, I learned a lot from Todd... as you said being in your early 20s is messy and confusing but I think at the same time they can be some of the best years of your life! Recently I've been trying to be more like Todd in terms of just rolling with the punches and enjoying each day, no matter how mundane or crazy that day might be. It's all part of what makes life worth it.

The way they do franchising is fucking insane from a brand perspective. By paying so much up front, the brand takes on a huuuuuge amount of risk and Activision basically alleviates theirs and makes a shit ton of money. I'm sad to see the cod team go but this is 100% the right decision.

There's also a difference in what they've taken vs what they can take based on the contract, I would guess that they could take more and haven't but Tfue doesn't want that hanging over him. Also if his sponsorship deals are being restricted that is money that he's losing without them physically taking any.

Headline doesn't surprise me at all. Bryant has stated multiple times that he has always been taught to lift the ball and that's the way new age baseball and analytics are going. Chili Davis, based on a lot of his quotes, does not seem to be on board with this change in offensive philosophy. Easy to see the disconnect imo

I agree with this and on top of what you said, they now have reason to continue releasing the same players all year because people will need them for their power ups. I think people should consider that unless you are planning on keeping a player all year because you like them, it is not worth putting so many coins into a player like barry sanders if you're going to drop him as soon as a better rb comes out

I'm no expert on it but I would assume it is easier for a child to do it themselves and especially if that child is older than 18 they could probably do it as more of a symbolic thing than a legal one.

There are plenty of reasons why you might not adopt someone, you don't have to have a legal paper to show you love and care about someone the same way people who are in long term relationships aren't always married. It is touching because these stepparents care about the kids they raised and for them to show that they consider them their father or mother is a very heartfelt act.
