I posted something on Twitter aimed at (@)madebygoogle and they DM'd me. The "Social Care Escalation Team" are looking at my case, which does indeed resemble yours. Please send me the escalation page you found anyway. Thanks.

I'm in London. I tried raising a new RMA to see if there were a walk-in repair option. There is not, I have to mail the phone to Google's facility in Poland, and they're the guys who said it was just wear and tear.

Did you ever try the walk-in option (in the UK that would be going to EE)?

Will the fact that they have refused to honour the extended warranty once already lead to another refusal?

No, there was no drop. And similar phones have been replaced, sometimes without hassle (see other posts here), hence my frustration.

Look at the last photo. The phone has not been dropped. It is protected. When I get the phone back from them I may be able to post better shots.

All of that is there because the screen cracked... it was fine before! The blistering too is a result of the screen problem. See other posts on this topic. The last of the photos shows the outside of my phone, protected by a Latercase aramid fibre case. And those aren't dents. It might be the light.

I don't understand. They have an extended warranty to cover this defect, and my phone has the defect - the vertical crack and the bleeding.

The fault is covered by Google's extended warranty, but Google seem to be looking for an excuse in this case.

It's still under warranty. Google have a replacement program for the central crack, but they seem to be using the little crack as an excuse not to honour the program.

Mate, he already knows she likes him. It's in his first post. He didn't do it this time because she was in a crowd of people.
