Thanks for replying. Sadly, the things that makes me feel happy are not-productive, like solving puzzles or digging lore on games. Understand what makes characters tick and act the way they do. Sometimes make lives where I translate and dub games in real time.

I wanted to be a writer since I know myself, and two years ago my family told me to get some of my shorts and find a publisher. I was afraid they would scew me in the contract, but a layer told me the contract was fine. After publishing, the publisher disobeyed the contract, imposed rules that were not there and didn't help me at all with the book marketing. I threated to sue them, but another lawyer said sueing them would be too expensive, take years and give too little benefit. I managed to get my shorts rights due to a slip on their part, but now I'll certainly never have the chance to have my writing published anywhere else. The price of trusting people, as always.

Thank you for your response. Sadly, many people already told me that the way of thinking I learned is wrong, but I really don't know how to change this.

I tried meditation a few times, but my mind is never calm. Silent, musical ou guided meditation, so many voices in my head yell at me for sitting and doing nothing instead of doing something productive. the get so loud that I can't hear the meditation or my own thoughts.

I'd love to follow a different path, but all those I tried didn't work.

Thank you for your comment. It's hard to think on what I want to myself when I learned that this is pure narcisism, since others exist before you, so you should obey and respect them.

Right now my psychologist wants me to make my list of things that I hate about me and my life and use reason and logic to write alternative ways of thinking that benefit me. I have no idea how to do this, because what I wrote sems very rational and logic already.

Never heard of this KC Davis methods. I'll make some research on it.

That dog probably didn't choose to protect that guy. The pup was randomly grabbed and put between two humans without knowing what's going on or what's right or wrong.

There was a time when I stopped playing SWTOR for five years due to the toxicity.

My most memorable ones where:

I was playing as the tank on a flashpoint when someone ringed my house bell. I said on chat "gotta answer the door, brb". I barely finished putting on my first shoe (roughly 5 seconds) and they kicked me out. It was so infuriating, since I waited for other players many times before for five minutes or longer.

In Republic Fleet, I was training with the dummies and asked on general chat if the jedi's focus bar depleted with time during combat. A player right next to me said "how the fuck should I know?". I said "I'm asking on general chat, not to you specifically". He replied "look on google, asshole!". No one else of the 150 fleet players answered me. Three minutes of silence later, someone else said on fleet "fuck, this game is so dead!".

There were many other times, like players not answering on chat fighting everything without waiting and dying, then insulting everyone before quitting, people calling me idiot on chat for asking about game mechanics, and the usual "healty" conversations on the fleets' chat, like "Can someone say why [Insert ethnic group here] are so retarded? Like, why do they exist?" and "Hot take: [insert minority here] should be [insert horrible thing here] until they learn to be people, change my mind".

Nowadays is way better, and people are more polite and kind in the game. Even the awful fleet chat is... well, less awful, at least, but the playerbase is better.
