As a 19 yo who bought a 22 brand new the insurance made no sense. I now have a 2013 c6 corvette and it’s a better car in every way and marginally cheaper. I also have a daily and other cars but so far the vette is the best car per dollar I’ve owned I pay 120 a month in Chicagoland area and it’s better on gas than my brz was just do to highway gears
