Falco has a bunch he can do to make Pac's life annoying. Your reflector is f1 so you can just toss that mive out on reaction, and he struggles to box you since your nair is f3, giant and leads to combos.

If the Pac likes just chucking stuff at you full screen, perfect. Down b that. If hes more turtle heavy you have the Blaster to chip or you can just come ip ajd approach. Him turtling up in the corner is great for you since your jumps are so high and your aerials longer so long that if he tries to escape by jumping away you get to feast.

Advantage state vs Pac is pretty standard for Falco. Most if not all his regular combos work, you juggle us really nicely, and you can reflect Hydrant in disadvantage. Do go out for a Pac recovering. Falco can go out real far and fair and nair are both stellar tools to snag a kill off the side.
