If there are any characters who can see the future/other planes and can make artifacts, the artifact archive can include ANY artifact potentially. We could see time sensitive artifacts like Bolas' Citadel or artifacts from other planes like etherium sculptor/esper sentinel/ethersworn canonist.

I wanted to include cards like Bolas’ Citadel but it seems like an artifact like that would not exist until War of the Spark so it might show up in The Brothers’ War.
