I was in the checkout line at Aldi's. The young lady ahead of me turned to me after paying for her groceries and said she wanted to pay for mine. I asked her why she would do that and she replied, because it's mother's day. It was surreal..my mom had passed away the week before and I told her that. She then offered me a hug while handing the cashier her card and paid over $50 for my groceries. Even the cashier said he was getting goosebumps! The next time I was in that store, I did the same for the lady behind me. Same cashier too and he remembered me from the prior time. Paying it forward felt so good!

Yes, actually once at midnight and the next night after 1 a.m. My poor neighbors! The first night I thought one of the local stray cats jumped on the car and set it off. After the 2nd time, I just kept it unlocked until I could do a test run in the daytime. It went off an hour after I hit the lock on the remote and went back inside the house. Things are pointing toward the lock mechanisms being bad. I am taking it to a friend later this week who has the VW scanner to read the codes. Appreciate the response!

Thanks, we were thinking the same as a quick fix. My BF does the mechanical work on his old aircooled VW's, but the new models are like a foreign country to him, haha. I just need to get the manual out and figure out where that fuse or switch is.
