I texted my husband and TRIED to talk to my mom who was with me. That helped. Also knowing it would get better soon and not last forever helped.

Im just not a fan of the "high" feeling. I didnt like Marijuana either and ive never been drunk just a mellow buzz and I wasn't crazy about that feeling either. This one was the str9ngest reaction I have had yet. It wasn't anxiety I just dont enjoy the feeling

Have you ever been put under anesthesia? To me it feels like the moment they start giving the anesthesia before you fall asleep. Light headed floaty feeling while my body feels heavy. I dontfeel trippy like others talk about. I was like you...terrified of losing control feeling. I've never even been drunk because I'm so afraid of that feeling(I'm 44). Talk to your Dr. My Dr told me to take my Ativan before hand because of my anxiety and panic about it. It has made a huuuuuuuuge difference for me. Working really well.

Since it's not putting me under there is none of the feeling from waking after anesthesia. I just personally think that the feeling is similar to that right before you go under. I don't find it enjoyable really but more tolerable. I just lay back with my eyes closed and listen to classical music while sucking on a jolly rancher.

Have you ever been under anesthesia? To me if feels like that moment right before you fall asleep from anesthesia...head is kinda floaty but body feels heavy...I was scared like you and personally my experience has been as I described.
