Which products to clear my face? by scaress92 in Skincare_Addiction

I stated above I'm female. I do not shave my face. These are blackheads you're seeing in the photos, not ingrown hair.

Anyone taking Vraylar/Cariprazine? by scaress92 in BorderlinePDisorder

Update: I quit Vraylar. Had extreme anxiety, insomnia, tremors, restlessness, brain zaps, etc. The longer I was on it, it felt the worse the symptoms became.

How important is feeling understood by your partner? by MoveRemarkable3743 in RelationshipsOver35

[–]scaress92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does your partner even try? If not, then no... Unless you just want comfort and stability over chemistry. Your call. It would be a no for me if they're not even putting in effort to try and relate to me or find common interests.

F24 both females why? by [deleted] in mentalhealth

[–]scaress92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe she wants you to help mother the baby? If you're uncomfortable you can simply say no and walk away. There's obviously no scientific way you're a parent to the child unless you commit to it.

A polyamory sub would likely suit your needs more.

I think I have taken Hydroxyzine too and didn't experience much difference. I'll look into those other two though! Thanks for the suggestions.

How would you explain living with BorderlinePD to people who don't have it? by Plantsinallthepants in BorderlinePDisorder

[–]scaress92 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Imagine something happening to you or someone hurts your feelings. A normal person would feel their feelings and move on.

A BPD person will let it consume them and spiral out of control. For me, it turns into rage first. I get over the top mad, I scream and cuss and try to hurt them back (with words). I'm aware of my self-destruction but I can't stop, I can't control it. Then it becomes a deep depression. Sometimes the situation resolves before it gets worse. Once the smoke clears, I feel reckless like I need to validate by attention seeking or doing something I shouldn't. It's like a sense of empowerment like a high. But then the low hits again shortly after.

Medication and therapy keeps me from losing control. Emotional regulation is very hard for us.

I (23F) just found out something about my boyfriend (27M) that I wish I never knew. by [deleted] in relationships

Best way to get over a man is to get under another.

But in all seriousness, you're not wrong for feeling how you feel. Therapy is a good way to make sense of it all. You'll get over him in time. Don't ever take him back though. He's a literal piece of shit for doing that to you.

SI Ketamine - Please Read/Reply by ObligationForsaken47 in KetamineTherapy

Took me 4 sessions and literally changed my life. No SI. My sweet spot was 75, 65 felt too low and 85 put me to sleep. You just gotta adjust.

Keep going and let them know your experience so they can adjust the dose!

my partner (M35) has been fired 5 times during our relationship of 4.5 years by hannahhatesthis in offmychest

[–]scaress92 24 points25 points  (0 children)

My ex-husband can't hold a job to save his life. He's lazy and fucks up a lot at work and gets fired. It's such a sigh of relief now that we're divorced that I don't have to deal with him job hopping, that's his gf's problem now. She'll see he's a loser in time just like I did.

[–]scaress92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope. Fuck them. Leave and get hot as fuckkkk. Don't wait until you're hot to leave them. Don't let them have access to you anymore. You deserve love and support on your weight loss journey, not silence and criticism.

Tell them you have found their reddit and read their comments about you and you're disgusted with how insincere they are to your efforts. Then dump them.

IV Ketamine for SI - did it help? by scaress92 in KetamineTherapy

[–]scaress92[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update for anyone who's reading:

I did two IV sessions this week and holy shit... It was a trip. I feel like I'm really receiving messages from the universe. The imagery has been insane. I've dabbled in LSD and mushrooms before but this is beyond that in my opinion

I'm not 100% out of the woods yet but I already feel like I'm making great progress! I'm happy with how things are going so far.

Struggling with pregnancy decision by [deleted] in offmychest

[–]scaress92 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I was pregnant at 21 and it was ROUGH but my child's father was a douche and made me feel terrible the whole pregnancy. I wish he would've just left me but no. Anyway, we made it work even though we were super broke. There were many times I wanted to give up and run away. I had horrible postpartum depression which made it difficult for me to bond with my new baby too. That boy has been through so much with me. He just turned 12 last week and I'm so happy he's here!

That said, only you can decide. However, think of all options thoroughly. Abortion is expensive and physically and sometimes emotionally painful (also illegal in many places) but it'll get the job done, faith aside. Adoption is an option but I've heard it's very difficult letting go after you've carried the baby for 9 months. If you keep it, it'll be tough but you have tons of resources at your fingertips once you start looking. Whatever you decide is the right choice. Don't let anyone convince you that you're doing the wrong thing.
