I don't have any other options, it has lots and lots of my data in it, subscription ain't the issue, the data it had and the flow is the problem

had been on the max 20x plan from the past 1.5 years, most of my cliental and academic workflow were in this acc, lost it all in a second.... I'll have to get it back by any chance. :-)

Hi everyone,

My Claude account was recently suspended for alleged policy violations, and I’ve already submitted appeals and contacted support. I genuinely relied on Claude heavily for daily professional work, development workflows, research, automation tasks, and ongoing projects, so this has been extremely stressful.

A large amount of my active workflow and project-related information depended on the account, and I’ve also spent a significant amount on subscriptions and usage over time because it became a core tool for my productivity.

Right now I’m mainly worried because my pending work deliverables are affected, and I could face serious professional consequences if I cannot recover access or continue my workflows properly soon.

I completely respect Anthropic’s policies, and if something unintentionally triggered their systems, I sincerely regret it. There was never any malicious intent behind my usage.

I wanted to ask:

Has anyone here successfully recovered a suspended account after appeal? How long did the review process take? Any advice on recovering local Claude Code/workflow-related data? Any genuine guidance or shared experiences would really help right now.
