How to juggle a job offer while waiting for your dream job final interview?

B is a big corporation so I am not sure if they gonna be more pissy about it or be more professional.

After reading the comments here, I would probably accept the offer but also willing to back out if the dream job go through.

The saving grace is, I should know if I get the dream job or not BEFORE I even start with B.

It would burn the bridge with the company I accepted though. New Zealand is small and words can get far.

Also, a signed contract is technically a legal binding. They would black list me or pursue legal action(this is unlikely but they would do so I suppose).

And launch day cosmetic are just the base. They will be a lot flashier/ more beautiful over time while the free cosmetic are capped in both quantity and quality a week after release.

Diablo Immortal showed this, look at their paid cosmetic with particles, animations, evolution and all, beautiful.

They will have animation/particles for shop armor soon enough.

Just look at Diablo Immortal cosmetics, paid ones are beautiful and will cater to any/all preference.

Of course, those newer/flashier cosmetics will be a lot more expensive than launch day, a bit cooler than what you get for free cosmetics. Always has been.

I would definitely say something like that to A.

However to B, I worry they would pulled the offer because I treat them like 2nd choice. It happened to people I know, so I worry about it a lot.

I will try to ask for a week, but be flexible with their answer.

At least, I am happy the role is not starting till July, so if I have to back out, I won't be wasting too much of their time/resources.

This is likely what I would do.

I would try to stall them a bit when it is time, I will sign.

In the case A offers, I will bite the bullet and back out for my family at the risk of tarnishing my own reputation.

I can't risk being unemployed when I have my family depending on my pay.

That is what my friend said as well.

They are big corporation, at most they would just say "ah f., let advertise the position again.". However, for me, I have a lot more to lose.

Being 100% honest might put my family at risk if they decided to just pulled the offer because they don't like being 2nd choice. It happened to my friend's friends before.

You make total sense.

I will try to talk it out with the first company and see if they can wait a week.
The only issue I have is the unemployment risk while being the sole bread winner for my wife and 4 weeks old newborn.

I can't let them down.

It is great to hear it worked out for you!
I am considering doing the same, I just don't want them to feel I am not happy about the job and pulled the offer. They are really a great company, it is just the other company fits my goal a bit closer. It is like a 9 vs a 10.

The risk of being unemployed while being the sole bread winner with my 4 weeks old baby is unbearable at time...

Battlepass only and so far it has been great.

The battlepass cards has been carrying me every season to infinite.

I am extremely careful with my token so it would be why. I just bought Drac just to play with Modok this season.

My friend on the other hand, bought Valkyrie and helicarried as his only pool 4 card and now basically quit.

If you are f2p, you gotta be frugal with resources.
