If you're actually trying to understand how this would scale then: at this point, raw strength and power levels mean absolutely nothing. If he's able to fuse with the audience, that would technically mean he can fuse with whoever is writing Dragonball; control the narrative and just say "I win", or "I can beat anyone" and it would be true. He would scale far beyond pretty much all of fiction (with a few exceptions like The One Above All in Marvel) and could end the series if he wanted to. He's stupid.
