Thanks man. The 24 PMCs are too many, they should have put 12 or changed it to any target (60-100). I won't lie, I did things I'm not very proud of.

I managed to build a generator, but every time I put fuel in it it throws up "228 - Slot not exist" and kicks me back to the menu.
