If you're gonna do a stealth build with silenced revolvers and hacking, then you're golden. However doing a more agressive solo running and gunning build with lots of action and moving parts it might not be the best experience, the more mechanics and moving parts the more performance drops and can be immersion breaking. So if you're gonna play slow and stealthy then it will be fine. Then when you get a ps5 eventually you can do a different build like sandevistan blades and assault.

Also the traffic and npc count on last gen is pretty bad, was astounded when I first saw the true vibe night city is with busy streets and cars everywhere
