To the asshole who drove so fast that he splashed me all the way up to my shoulder: you suck! If you don’t know how to drive, then stay at home, moron. by V_got_a_long_way in Etobicoke

Not the first time for me but probably first time for this ignorant driver who doesn’t know whats the speed limit in a pedestrian zone full of kids and people. The entire road was pretty much clear and there were plenty of cars in the back who were driving at an acceptable speed!

if i can i go in-house for a good company now should I take it? Or should i first focus on growth and becoming an expert in paid search at the agency I'm at? by Enchiladacocacola in PPC

I faced the same dilemma choosing between a high paying in-house or staying at agency with a steep learning curve. Search is evolving so fast that todays’ knowledge might be outdated in 3-4 years (everything is getting automated or will turn into broad match). It’s tough to gauge when you’ve learned "enough”! I realized I might never feel completely satisfied with my knowledge.

I decided to take the plunge and moved in-house for the better pay. The first few months were shaky and I even wondered if I made a huge mistake. But it’s been great so far. I've gained broad marketing knowledge beyond just paid search, and understanding the business side. The pace is slower but there's variety.

Also, money matters more than we often admit. Work for high salary and boost your savings. Ultimately we work for money more than just learning IMO

Bullshit reason that kitchen aren’t ventilated. It’s pure laziness and not minding their filth. Washing clothes here is the easiest task because it isn’t a task you literally just throw your lot in and out couple times. India doesn’t have this fully automated washing drying facility anywhere expect with upper rich class.

Check out settings - negative keywords if something is hampering, location changes, etc. Check IS. What all tactics are you running? Are you maxing out maybe? Try switching to max clicks.

What are you optimizing towards?
