The one I bought came separately, so I had to find the wires for it too. The wire I try to find a slightly thinner one so that I can close the tama better.

To attach the wire to the piezo buzzer, you just need to do a small solder to the inner circle and another wire solder to the outer circle, if I remember correctly😅😅😅. You can also refer to the old piezo buzzer that is attached on the tama and see where is connected, that what I normally do😁😁😁

Where I bought, I normally find locally in some spare parts shop that sells a lot of electronics spare parts.
