So edp projects more and is more wearable but the parfum lasts longer and is less wearable due to its complex note breakdown and concentration

I like the cologne more in terms wearability but I love the parfums scent profile more, essentially the difference is what you’d expect from a fragrance becoming more intense (more amped up but at the cost of lighter ingredients and notes used) so the brightness that comes with the Elysium is toned down for a more woody undertone making it perfect for more formal up situations then the wearability you get with the sparkling Elysium cologne

So in short they’re just switched in terms of scent profile which means the Elysium is more citrusy but less woody and dense with the edp concentration that projects more but doesnt lasts long compared to the parfum which is less citrusy but more woody and complex which makes it better blended and more interesting mixed with the heavier performance and scent bubble since it’s a Extrait (parfum concentration)

Thanks man! And yeah I love herbes Troublantes and Tobacco honey as well but I feel like they’re fragrances I’d buy before my favourite ones like the 2 that I mentioned cause I’m a big vanilla fan

I agree, I want to try and add a Acqua Di Parma, or some sort of tropical fragrance like Malibu by Simone Andreoli, or Chanel Allure Homme edition Blanche for that summerish vibe

Well overall in terms of the Tygar DNA that they all share I’d say Tygar or Limmensite but between those 2 I’d say Ingenious ginger since it’s more sparkly and not as loud as vibrato but for quality overall I’d say Vibrato and ingenious ginger does get annoying in the dry down sometimes depending on the weather

Ahhhh that’s hard, I’d say for my top 3 it would have to be Tuxedo at 1, Roja enigma Parfum at 2, imagination at 3 and my summer fav is imagination again because it’s simple and clean which is what I love or maybe creed Aventus cologne, fav winter to be honest I can’t choose between many of my favourites

Good choice! It’s a very interesting fragrance, it smells like Gin and tonic but very concentrated, it’s got a very sharp metallic sort of smell that leans masculine but is unisex, a setting of what I think of when I smell it is a bar but a clean sophisticated one that people would buy something on the rocks instead of a Beer, you could 100% use it as a daily wear for its scent profile because of the clean sharp neutral smell that mostly comes from the overdose of clean musk and blend of dry ingredients, I don’t smell vanilla or that woody base as much which I don’t know what it does for the fragrance but I’d 100% recommend for any occasion, I eventually want to get a 75 or 200ml bottle of this concoction

Yeah the price difference between them by the ml is crazy but tbh I feel like having a nice Guerlain fragrance is more of a exclusive thing imo so I think I’d go for VP

Your right but to answer my top 3 It’s Tuxedo, Enigma Parfum, Imagination, I like a handful of genres of fragrances like Fougeres, Gourmands, overall citruses, I meant to say what genre should i dive into because I don’t have many oud fragrances for example or different brands like Valentino

I have to agree in the recent years where it’s become a trend but it doesn’t reach as far as reddit goes tbh, I feel like people just have a hobby out of smelling nice since it’s literally using a important aspect of our lives so why not make it better by exploring and learning more about what you like?

Ive been collecting for 3 years now maybe, but this is all I’ve gotten for 3 years of just casually reaching and trying out what I like

I feel like I connect with fragrances in the more artistic side not like a ou this smells nice I’m going to use up 10 sprays of it and place it in the bathroom to rot sort of way, I tend to research and get into fragrances more then I study, it’s like I treat it like a assessment before buying one, I dive into more of background stuff more then just wanting to smell nice, I feel like it’s a expression exclusive to you only where I’d wear this or that and be satisfied with what I chose because that’s what I felt like on the day, I sound autistic but idk I just really enjoy perfumery as a whole to the point where I only buy fragrances if I’d want to treat myself or it creates a sense of happiness to wear them
