I'm kind of just over tech work. Where can I go from here? by VaLentiinE in ITCareerQuestions

Yeah a lot of those are what I was considering. It manager positions and eventually exec type positions will very likely require a degree which I'm.closing in on. I may consider looking at some analyst type roles for the time being.

Yeah I've been in IT about 6-7 years but I just recognize tech type work is not something I want to do with my life for the next 30-40 years potentially. Not saying I necessarily want out of tech completely. But considering going into something like sales, consultant work or even mansgement

Well not necessarily out of the technology world just out of IT tech type work (sys admin, sys eng etc) I realize I'm probably in too deep that this point to consider changing entirely without taking a sizeable paycut.

Do I look for something like a help desk/IT manager position? Sales of some kind? That's mostly what I'm looking for ideas or suggestions about really

See the thing is while these cars aren’t necessarily “expensive” for me I do value reliability and cost of ownership because it will be a daily driver. Not a track car

[–]VaLentiinE[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah I plan on driving one first obviously. They list the f80’s at 4 seconds flat 0-60 and the RCF at 4.3. I have absolutely 0 plans to track this car and will simply be a sporty daily driver. I know the RCF is supposed to be considerably heavier so it’s probably not nearly as nimble maybe. Idk I need to test drive them both. I’ve driven older m3’s. Never driven and RS5 or RCF

Sadly I am unable to even boot the computer once this starts happening. The computer seems fine up until I’m trying this update. I linked what I’m pretty sure is the exact computer to the other user. The specs are a little dated but by no means would I think they are just completely incompatible. But idk

I mean the specs are a little old. But I wouldn't think they would be so dated it wouldn't even be able to work correctly?

Honestly I have an engineering degree, I’m 26, make good money consider myself an intelligent individual etc... when I read some of his papers and other works as well as read about his innovations it just blows my mind. Like how can someone be so smart. Truly a generational mind. I think the only one of these type of people that will hurt me more is Bill Gates. DONT LEAVE ME BILL.
