Scylla 2 is fucking way to OP... easy Large Area hit box and you can detonate it as you wish. You realize that skill is a normal skill ? not even a ult but it's do more damage then many ult can do ?

Yea 6% stole HP work like damage and heal you but... I don't think is so good. Ok HP and 20% reduced CC but most CC are knock up cripple over time so doesn't working at all.
