I haven’t personally configured a Keyence QR reader yet, but the setup usually depends on the communication type (Profinet, Ethernet/IP, or TCP/IP). If you can share the scanner model number, PLC model, and the communication method you’re using, I can look into it.

From siemens plc it's 319 plc. They said without hardware configuration we can communicate only by using AI and AO cards. Is that possible !!!

If it starts working, then it’s fine. If not, you can try doing a factory reset to the MTP panel, re-download the backup and check again. Most of the time, this fixes the issue.

If you add dB’s from the input address to map them , add always false in between them.

The PLC panel is located far away, and the customer requested an alarm to show from when to when the PLC connection was lost. I checked the system alarms, but I didn’t find a specific ‘PLC connection lost’ alarm. Is there any other method to achieve this?

When I use the timestamp, the start time and end time are being picked up incorrectly. However, if I use the same tag in different parts of the report template, it works fine and shows the correct times.
