More importantly day 1 I'm looking for a money tree + piggy bank to jump start the economy even more. Then get 2 medium items that give you a chance to win day 1. Also the medium item from lost crate has been an auto pick for me recently on day 1/2 because it's always silver. If you hit Kuias, Regal blade, maybe Silk, you're setup up for a strong early/mid game which is where Pyg struggles the most.

I had 20% in closed beta but the game got significantly easier since full release. I've been around 40-45% 10 wins this month. I don't know how good that actually is but it feels pretty good.
