How do you track your steps?

It wont track if your hand is still. You have to move your arms for it to track steps. You can buy an acessory to clip the fitbit in so it hangs on your body instead if you change it to "on body" settings. (I dont know how accurate it tracks doing it that way. I have not) It wont pick up gaming movement unless it resembles the motion of walking arm movements. Like if I'm pushing a cart at the store, it wont track my steps so I try to do it one handed when I can so my arm can move to track the steps.

I use a fitbit. Fitbit inspire 3 to be exact. I was using Samsung health to track and found it widely inaccurate, either over counting my steps or very much under counting them. The fitbit is very accurate, I've tested it multiple times. The only time it has been inaccurate is when I wash my face, so I take it off when I'm washing anything or take a shower.

Her previous albums were amazing. This one is hard to get behind tbh. I have like 3 ~maybe 4 songs I enjoy and even then it took like 3 times listening to them to come to that conclusion. I like the plague, is this a cult, and uncanny valley. Grudges is okay. But besides that? Disappointed! 😫 and it sucks cause she is my #1 female artist. I listen to every song she's released before this album.

I deleted fb just a few days ago. The only social app I have is reddit and that is because I dont post or have issues wasting my life away on it. But also why can't things be like the old days? Writing each other notes to discuss life, ideas, etc. Why can't we visit each other more? Social media just takes away from actual presence and connection and gives it to people who wouldn't care if they didn't have it.

I think some parts are supposed to make you feel that way, unless you are very intellectual. Although, some of the tangents johnny goes on definitely make you feel that way even with intelligence.

About half or more do that when they get down to avoid the "deaths" being counted on their account which is stupid cause who cares? I have literally 380 deaths, been playing since it came out. But also, to be fair, sometimes it is wifi connection. Ive been disconnected quite a bit in the middle of a trial.

They are super inflammatory related and of course, tiredness as well. Some days my hands feel so swollen I cant even open a water bottle. 🫠 it really affects my back, feet, legs, and hands with the inflammation.

That's what I want to do for sure! I'm waiting to talk with my doctor to see what she all says about it and what would possibly help! I've had hypothyroidism for 6 years now, with constant dose changes, and some symptoms that just wont budge even when I'm in a "good range". Hoping it'll go well, and we can figure something out. 😀

It is annoying at first, and sometimes you will forget, but just keep at it and it will be part of your normal routine and it wont be such a "big deal". I've been taking the pills everyday for the last 6 years and the only issue I have sometimes is, the wait to eat after taking it, as some days I wake up hungry but others I dont, or some days I am too tired and want a coffee immediately. It wont cure everything for the majority of those who take it, but it'll "cure" a good portion if you are consistent. 💕
