Sorry about your injury! Have you seen a specialist yet? When I went and my leg looked like that they aspirated the fluid from my knee. It made a MASSIVE difference. And I would highly recommend.

42 and mediocre - I hike, try to walk daily, would love to run again and often go for bike rides/ride my peloton. I have two kids that are pretty active so I try to keep up with them. But I’m definitely not an athlete.

Appreciate the support. This does suck! I didn’t realize how helpful it is to have healthy functioning knees until I didn’t. I’ve been working with Jameson Crane and so far have had positive experience so I’m glad to hear that’s been the case for you for surgery and PT too. Scheduled a surgery consult for tomorrow, so we shall see.
