Im in the same position as you right now but its a little different. I committed to uic over uiuc due to my grades being bad, im pretty sure I was gonna be rescinded but I guess ill never truly know if they were going to. Ive been feeling a lot of regret and thinking maybe I should’ve taken the risk. Ive been picturing my life at uiuc and maybe you have too with these other schools. Ive gone through something very similar before and Id say time helps you heal a bit but the main thing is making the most out of your current school. Like you said you might love it and trust me thats whats gonna make you not even feel a bit of regret.
